Very excited my first solo show of the year. Including range of handmade mosaic ceramics.
Recently I've been exploring Igbo Spirituality. In Igbo culture, ‘Ikenga’ is a personal shrine and is associated with various attributes such as success, achievement, courage and leadership.
It is believed to be a source of inspiration and encouragement to overcome challenges and achieve their goals.

Pipe Factory Takeover

Following my degree show I exhibited at The Pipe Factory in Glasgow last September. This exhibition included screen printing workshops where visitors could experience producing a small screen print to take away with them.

My degree show, M.R.L.C Takeover, an environment celebrating my Nigerian culture and
family background was put together entirely using printmaking techniques – from the hand
screen printed wallpaper and textiles of the “interior environment” to the printed ceramic tiles,
lithographs and clothing from M.R.L.C. I had a pop-up store with a range of hand printed
garments, prints, ceramics etc.
